Title: DANGEROUS
Author: Suzannah Daniels
Release Day: April 9th, 2013
Genre: Young Adult Contemprary Romance
Blitz Host: Lady Amber's Tours
Book Description:
Stone Hamilton had never known fear...until the accident. Since then, his life has spiraled out of control. He's been kicked out of private school, deemed a disappointment by his father, and forced to endure his own guilt, anger, and grief. The last thing he wants is a relationship with someone who will have expectations of him. But once he's enticed by the shimmering-pink lips of the oh-so-popular, academically-excelling, straitlaced hottie from his new school, he knows he's in trouble.
Seventeen-year-old Dara Golding has one goal for the summer: make enough money to buy a car, so that she can drive to school her senior year. After starting a new job, she realizes that she'll be working with the brooding, motorcycle-riding, bad boy who started attending Quail Mountain High last year. With his less than stellar reputation, he's everything she's afraid of...and that makes him dangerous.
Their undeniable attraction has Stone struggling with his inner demons. As Dara slowly allows Stone to claim her heart, a little white lie to cover an ugly truth could determine whether she's his savior or the final straw that will break his sanity.
Author Bio:
Suzannah Daniels has had an affinity for words for as long as she can remember. She grew up in North Georgia with four brothers, so she learned at an early age to admire snakes and motorcycles. When she wasn't pestering her brothers, she could usually be found reading or writing.
She is the author of Viking's Embrace, a historical romance, Ghostly Encounter, Book One of her Ghostly series (young adult paranormal romance), and Dangerous, a young adult contemporary romance.
Currently, she lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee with her husband and her teenage daughter. Her son lives nearby. The family pets include a Lab mix, a Basset Hound, a Shih Tzu, and a sweet, little kitty.

Excerpt:
Stone
“I’m so sorry,” she whispered frantically. “Are you okay?”
I rubbed the side of my temple, trying to determine the answer to her question. I felt a lump rising, and I closed my eyes for just a moment and breathed deeply.
“Let me see,” she said.
I held my palm up toward her. “I’m fine.” I dropped my palm to my knee, not yet rising from my stooped position.
Before I knew what she was doing, her fingers were in my hair, her gentle touch skimming over the spot where our heads bumped. She was so close that I could smell the delicate fragrance on her skin, and I found myself enticed by her.
“Oh, my gosh!” she exclaimed. “A knot. Great. My first day of work, and I’ve already given someone a concussion.”
I laughed, but I didn’t move. I didn’t know why I found her comment so amusing or why I didn’t want her to move her hands. Slowly, I rose, catching her slender wrists in my grasp. “I’m fine,” I said, feeling the pulse in her wrist quicken against my fingertips. Her brilliant green eyes widened, and her full, shimmering-pink lips parted in surprise. “What about you?” I asked.
I wasn’t sure if she heard my question. She stared at me in shock as if she had just been caught making out behind the bleachers by the principal.
“Dara?” I asked, starting to wonder if she was the one with the concussion.
“I’m…fine,” she said breathlessly.
I’d been around enough girls to know when I had an effect on them. And she was definitely affected.
Dara wasn’t the type of female I usually hung out with, but it was nice to know I had the same effect on the goody-two-shoes that I did on the bad girls.
My phone buzzed, and I pulled it out of my pocket, glancing at the caller’s name. Speaking of bad girls, Jessie was calling.
Dara
I thought my heart was going to pound out of my chest. If I hadn’t still been freezing from the cold rain that soaked my hair and clothes, sweat would’ve been trickling down my temples. The warmth from his hands was like heaven against my icy skin, but his close proximity was dangerous to my hammering heart. In fact, if I had to describe Stone Hamilton in one word, it would be dangerous.

Excerpts:
Iris watched her balcony doors open of their own accord, daring her to jump. The wind pushed and pulled the curtains but the doors were completely still against the walls, waiting for her to make a move. Her room was alive and gently trying to push her toleave the safety of its four walls, like a mother bird pushing its child from the nest.
“Yes. Fly. You can do it. You know you want to. Jump. It will be so easy.” Thevoice was soothing and feminine.
Iris threw the sheets off her legs and walked to her bedroom door. Turning and facing her balcony, trying to decide if she would give in to her bedroom’s strange form of guidance, she listened carefully to the hypnotic voice.
“Jump. You know you can do it. Run. Jump. Fly… Run. Jump. Fly. I will leadyou there. To the place you wish to see…”
The voice remained soft and lightly tempting but with no real force behind it, letting Iris know that the final decision was hers to make.
This wasn’t the first time her dreams had taken on a mind of their own. She would close her eyes each night and everything would meld with her memories of the night shedecided to never leave her father’s side. There was a big difference between Iris when she was awake and when she was fast asleep. When she slept, she knew that what her heart was telling her was true; she was only one leap of faith away from flying. Running to the balcony she climbed over the railing and looked at the night sky.

Cover reveal for Nicole Kuhn
Storm of the Mohawk Cover Reveal
By N Kuhn
Release Date May 1, 2013
Blog Tour Host: Free Ebooks Galore
Blurb:
Janelle and Samantha have family they never knew about. Hiding out in Olcott, New York, Damien hopes to keep the evil in their life locked up and away from The Scepter of Okwaho, and from Jany. Fighting for the life of his new family, will he be able to save her in time?
Excerpt:
As night eventually draws near, it’s time to prep. There are bulletproof vests piled in the rear of the ship. I put one on, and pull the t-shirt over it. Sticking guns wherever I can, I have one in a holster on my leg, one in the rear waist of my pants, one tucked into my boot, and one I plan to hold in my hand. If I go down, I plan to take as many of them with me as I can. After sunset, I make my way from the ship, taking a final look back, knowing I’ll never see it again. A deep sense of foreboding settles over me like a fog. I’m going to die today. I know this, and will have to accept it. But even knowing that, I still press forward. It has to be done, this needs to end. Scaling the rocky beach walls, I make my way slowly back to the lake house I embarked from just the day before. A few miles later, and I’m standing, in pitch black darkness, staring at a dark house. As thunder crashes around me and lightning fills the sky, I know it’s the end. This will be my doom, destiny or glory. It’s all up to me and fate now. Let’s see who’s stronger.
The N in N. Kuhn is actually Nicole. She was born and raised in western New York. She grew up with a love of books, and a passion for writing. She was always found with her nose in a book. She finally decided to take the steps to embark into self publishing at the urging of her Grandmother. Mrs. Kuhn has dedicated her second book to Janet Starr, as she passed just days after being published.
Nicole survives on coffee alone. Mostly Tim Hortons. (It's a NY thing.) A fan of drinking it from the time she gets up, until she finally rests. When not writing, she crochets and spends time with her beautiful daughter and her husband. Her friends call her Octo-Mom because she multi-tasks so well. Between her full time job, family, crochet and writing, it's a wonder she ever sleeps.
Mrs. Kuhn feels that reading in our youth is a very important trait to instill. She reads with her young daughter as much as she can. "It's the most important thing a parent can ever do with a child. Read, teach them to read. Don't buy them toys, buy them books," She says.

I pull Zig inside the Hotel Sacher Confectionery shop, famous for its
traditional Sacher torte. Immediately, I’m blasted by the sight of dark
chocolate cake and the scent of freshly brewed Viennese coffee, which reminds me
of Sunday morning brunch at my house. My stomach grumbles mercilessly.
“Feed that beast in there before it devours us all.” Zig jabs a
finger at my belly.
I laugh, and go back to ogling the cakes behind the glass display,
picturing Anton smiling and gulping down the dark chocolate cake, apricot jam
smeared on his lips. I dig out my savings, hand them to the lady behind the
counter, and point at the smallest of the Sacher tortes. A few minutes later,
Zig and I exit the shop and join the stream of pedestrians, strolling in and out
of shops with bags in hand.
At the corner of Kärntner Strasse and Opernring, we stop to wait for
the lights to change. A tram zips by. My gaze automatically drifts to the Vienna
State Opera House. This is where magic happens.
When I was thirteen, our class visited the Opera House on an
excursion. I remember walking through arched doorways and carpeted hallways,
promising myself over and over that one day, this will be my dream.
Funny how life changes, twisting and turning dreams inside out,
wringing them dry.
My stomach twists at the memory. I need to get out of here. Fast. I
blink quickly, averting my gaze from Zig. Him seeing my face right now is the
last thing I want.
“So what do you say?” he asks, oblivious to my current state. The
light changes, and we join the crowd of people crossing the street. “Join me?” I
give him a sidelong glance. “Do you trust me?” he asks when I don’t answer his
questions.
“Would a deer trust a leopard to a cuddle?” I say, eyebrows
raised.
He narrows his eyes. “Which one am I? The leopard or the
deer?”
“Do you trust me?”
He doesn’t miss a beat. “Completely.”
I miss two beats. “Why?
You hardly know me.”
“I just do. Come on, an hour of pure fun won’t kill you.”
I sigh. “Maybe later.” His shoulders sag. “Would you like to join
me?”
His eyes light up, giving him a boyish look. “Never thought you’d
ask.” He takes my hand. In the next step, we shift to the hospital.
“You’re reckless, you know that?” I say, placing a hand on the door
of room 112. “Don’t you care that people notice when you disappear right before
their eyes?”
“They’ll have something to talk about.”
I shake my head. “You could at least let me practise my shifting
skills.”
“Next time.”
“Be good.”
“Aren’t I always?” He grins.
“Do you even know the meaning of that word?”
He winks. “You’d be surprised.”
I roll my eyes and walk inside the room
